1. Using a VPN
If you are using a VPN, it can sometimes block the local connection between the extension and its computation engine.Solution
Disable your VPN and try restarting the extension.
2. First Launch (Waiting)
During the very first launch, the extension must initialize the local AI engine. This can take some time depending on your machine’s performance.It is sometimes necessary to wait between 2 and 5 minutes during the first launch for everything to be operational.
3. Debugging Session
If the previous steps don’t work, you might need to manually check what is blocking the engine.Access Debugging
